Return Policy

Every item sold in the RehaStar.com online store comes with a warranty. The warranty period is specified in the product description. Unless the warranty period is specified in the product description, the product is considered to be covered by a 24-month warranty.
The Buyer must deliver the goods for warranty service or the returned goods to the place agreed with the Seller in advance.
Defects caused by the manufacturer's fault during the provision of warranty service shall be eliminated within 14-21 days from the moment of handing over the product for warranty service or within 45 days if the part necessary for warranty repair must be delivered from abroad. In all cases, the aim is to provide warranty service in the shortest possible time.
Return and exchange of goods.
- The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason by notifying the Seller, who informs the Seller about the decision of the Buyer to withdraw from the contract. The Buyer may not exercise this right by concluding one of the agreements listed in Paragraph 2 of Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
- To return the item (s) in accordance with 8.1 of the Purchase Rules. the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by the means of communication specified in the "Information" section (info@rehastar.com or by phone +370 626 11553), indicating the name of the returned goods, order number and reason for return.
- The cost of returning the goods is paid by the Buyer of the goods.
- Goods that the buyer does not like the shape, size, color, model or assembly The seller replaces or takes back within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. Delivery costs are non-refundable. The Buyer returns the goods that he does not like or pays for the return costs. The goods must be returned in the packaging in which they were delivered. The packaging must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared and packaged.
- The buyer may exercise the right to return the goods if the goods have not been used, are not damaged and have not lost their appearance. Returned goods must be fully completed. The Buyer is responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the item. If the goods are not fully assembled and properly packaged, the Seller or its representative may refuse to accept the returned goods. Changes in the appearance of the product or its packaging which are necessary to inspect the product shall not be considered to be substantial changes in the appearance of the product. The seller may refuse to accept the goods if the packaging of the goods has been specially torn, broken or otherwise damaged and has lost its appearance. The packaging must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared and packaged.
- If the purchased product did not meet the quality requirements, i.e. has been defective, the Buyer undertakes to inform the Seller within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Subsequently, the Seller has the right not to accept claims related to the quality of the goods. The seller undertakes to replace the goods of poor quality with goods of suitable quality, to reduce the price of the goods accordingly or to return the money paid for the goods and their delivery within 30 days from the submission of the request. The goods must be returned in the original packaging of the goods and the consignment. The Buyer must also submit an original invoice for the goods.
- If the Seller refuses to accept the returned goods, the Buyer must pick up the goods at his own expense within 14 working days. It is subsequently deemed that the Buyer waives the returned goods through his own fault and has no monetary claims. In this case, the Buyer will not be refunded for the goods.
- All disputes arising out of or in connection with the purchase and sale between the Buyer and UAB Rehalinija shall be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania
The following conditions must be met when returning the goods:
- Inform us by e-mail info@rehastar.com about the intention to return the product and specify the order number.
- The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);
- The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
- The product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance: intact label, untorn protective film, etc. (this clause does not apply in case of returning a defective product);
- The returned quality item (within 14 days) must be in the same package as the one received by the Buyer;
- When returning the product, it is necessary to submit a document confirming the fact of purchase (e.g. VAT invoice, copy of the order) and a completed product return document with the specified details of the bank account to which the money must be returned;
- If a quality product is returned, the return costs are covered by the Buyer;
- The return of the goods is carried out in the manner determined by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the goods (this clause does not apply in the case when the goods are of poor quality - in such a case, the return of the goods is carried out within the statutory warranty period);
- Money for returned goods is returned by bank transfer to the payer's bank account within 5 (five) days from the day of receiving and evaluating the goods;
- The Seller is not responsible for the incomplete or delayed order for the returned goods, if the Buyer incorrectly provides the data required for the return;
- The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions for returning the goods were not followed, in which case the Buyer must collect the goods from the Buyer's warehouse within 14 days.
- When returning the wrong product and/or low-quality product, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with similar, suitable products. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid will be returned to the Buyer, excluding the cost of delivery.
The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the established procedure for returning the goods.
Non-returnable goods
Rehastar does not accept returns of the following goods:
- Goods manufactured / ordered according to the specific instructions of the physical consumer, which are not pre-manufactured and which are produced according to the consumer's personal choice or instruction, which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs. Such goods are usually manufactured or assembled and ordered for a specific Buyer, taking into account the Buyer's personal choice (i.e. goods are assembled at the Buyer's request);
- Packaged goods which have been unpacked after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons because it is no longer possible to ascertain that the goods have not been used. These are bed linen (sheets, sheets and the like), hygiene products, mattresses with a compressor which, after unpacking and inflating, cannot be returned to their original position and the like;
Damaged shipment
It is necessary to inspect the quality of the delivered shipment while the courier is still present. If you notice any damage to the packaging, you need to:
- Inform the goods upon delivery by courier;
- In the delivery document (facility) of the consignment, note that the packaging is damaged;
- Inspect the goods inside the packaging and, if damaged, record the damage in photographs. Photographs will be required to secure the return process.
- If the packaging is not damaged, it is not necessary to inspect the goods in the presence of the courier. If the buyer accepts the shipment and signs the delivery documents, the shipment is considered undamaged.
Goods of poor quality or incomplete assembly
If the goods delivered to you are incomplete or do not meet the quality requirements, have defects or notice a factory defect - please contact us by e-mail - info@rehastar.com.
You will need to provide:
- a VAT invoice confirming the purchase of goods;
- a photograph of the product, a photograph of its packaging in the damaged area;
- clearly state the situation, identifying the problem or identifying the missing part;
- indicate how you want the claim to be resolved (1. Repair the product free of charge or send the missing parts, 2. Replace the product with good quality, 3. Refund the money paid for the product).
Final Provisions.
These conditions of return of goods are concluded in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and are valid only for natural consumers (these rules do not apply to legal entities).
