Ginger essential oil 10 ml

Ginger essential oil is extracted from the ginger root by steam distillation. Its aroma is almost the same as that of fresh roots.

In traditional Chinese medicine, ginger is used because of its bitterness, when the body cannot cope with moisture, such as diarrhea (internal moisture), rheumatism and other winter diseases (the disease is caused by external moisture).

Rheumatism, arthritis, muscle aches and fatigue will be relieved by a massage or hot ginger oil compresses.

Stimulating microcirculation, an excellent aphrodisiac.

Warming the whole body, special for freezing limbs, sore joints.

Improves digestion, reduces bloating, easily melted. 

Reduces cough, spasms caused by it, promotes expectoration, relieves sore throat and toothache.

It has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.

Use.

• Ginger oil is classified as a tanning oil, it needs to be diluted (add 1-1.5% ginger to the base oil), as higher concentrations would irritate the skin. One (!) Drop of it can be added to any massage mixture.
• For baths, inhalations, aromatic lamps, massages, compresses.
• The small amount of ginger oil goes well with citrus oils, especially orange oil.
