Hand exercise board designed to provide controlled flexion and extension movements to the hand and/or wrist joints. The exercisers are intended to prevent joint stiffness in the hand and/or wrist. They are used for physical therapy and rehabilitation after illness, trauma, and/or surgical treatment.
