Four-part transportation trolley ELEKTRA

Hydraulic variable height stretcher, with HPL (stratified laminate) mattress platform, radiotransparent, and base
with 5th electromotive central wheel.

Mattress platform, four sections, is made of radio-transparent stratified laminate fixed to the perimeter frame of
the mattress platform. Backrest and knee-break sections, adjustable by gas spring levers, servo assisted,
placed laterally, in order to guarantee the radiotransparency. Fixed central section. Legrest section, adjustable
by gas spring, and automatic synchronized adjustment to the movement of the knee-break section.
Wide radiotransparent surface from the patient's head to the knees (150x47 cm). In the space, below the
mattress platform, on the head side, can be placed (optional), an x-ray cassette, sliding and self-locking,
adjustable in the corret position by means of a handle control.

4 housings for I.V. pole at the 4 corners of the mattress platform.
The push-handles, at head and foot side, allow an optimal grip by the operators. The push-handles, at head
side, can be lowered by means of a lateral control. The push-handles, at foot side, can be removed and are
equipped with a special shaped hook with a bag holder function.
Folding side rails, quick descent, on 6 uprights, with upper profile in plastic material, 36 cm containment above
the mattress platform. The stretcher is provided with lateral longitudinal bumper bars in anti-shock plastic
material. Under the bumper bar, the stretcher, on both sides, is equipped with an accessory holder metal bar
(drainages), each one provided with 2 sliding and repositionable hooks in plastic material with a capacity of 3
Kg each. To complete the perimeter protection, at the 4 corners of the stretcher, there are bumper wheels in
soft rubber.

Variable height is regulated by two hydraulic telescopic columns, operated by three pedals, placed on both
sides, for height adjustment, trendelenburg and reverse-trendelenburg positions.
Easy to clean base frame with cover made of plastic material with a particular shape, equipped with:
compartment for oxygen bottle, with belt, of different dimensions (up to 7 liters); compartment for clothes
(optional); two compartments to store, horizontally, the I. V. pole (optional), when not in use.
Wheels with antistatic system, consisting of four wheels with brakes, diameter 200 mm, non-marking and
swivelling on ball bearings, with braking control via pedal and possibility of locking/unlocking the four wheels
simultaneously.

The "fifth wheel with electric traction" system, controlled by a control unit, is placed in a central position of the
base frame and consists of a pair of wheels called "24V dc wheel motor with electro-brake". This allows the
transport of the patient in complete safety and without any effort for the operator. Its cushioning system allows
to maintain traction even in case of uneven ground and/or to overcome small obstacles up to 25 mm.
It works by means of a pair of batteries, of long duration and adequate power, to guarantee long distances. The
battery charger is integrated into the electrical system and is powered by the mains voltage via the power cable
on the head end. Is equipped with a cable reel system.

• Monitor holder tray: Bearing frame in painted steel pipe with monitor holder tray in 8mm HPL, cm 53x33. Height from the mattress platform: 56 cm 
  
• Stretcher mattress with locking system: Fire resistant mattress in anallergic, self-extinguishing, not deformable high-density polyurethane foam(30kg/m3, +/- 5%) CFC free, upholstered with plastic fabric, breathable, flameproof and antibacterial. Waterproof zip. Three sections, trapezoid-shaped at head side, round edges. Dim. cm 197x64x10h. Weight: 5 kg.
• Paper-roll holder: Painted round tube steel frame, hooked with handwheels to the stretcher on the foot end. Extractable roll holder tube, polished aluminium, diameter 30 mm. For rolls with a width of 60 cm .Weight: 1 kg.
  
•  X-ray cassette: Adjustable and sliding tray for X-ray plates. Inside the tray, the positioning of the plate, which can have a maximum size of 46x47 cm and a thickness up to 25 mm, is adjustable. 
  
• Telescopic I.V. pole with 4 hooks: Telescopic I.V. pole with 4 hooks, realized in stainless steel pipe. Each hook with a 1,25kg capacity. Maximum capacity of 5kg. Height adjustment by means of jack screw, min cm 90,5 – max 160 cm. 
  
• Urine or drainage bag holder: Accessory made of stainless steel rod, diameter 5 mm, equipped with central ring and 2 hooks to support urine bags or drainages 
  
• Set of restraining straps: Straps made of velcro, adjustable, for the restraining of the patient 
  
• Clothes basket: Shaped clothes basket, for stretcher, made of plastic-coated steel rod. Easily removable as it is housed in the shape of the base cover.
