Product description

Metal frame
The steel frame is welded by MIG and TIG systems, the welding seams are polished without sharp corners. Metal parts are covered with epoxy polymer coating at a temperature of 220 degrees, after chemical metal treatment with antioxidant resin and chrome phosphate solution. Holders for accessories on all four corners of the bed (lifting handle, infusion stand or orthopedic frame). The corners are protected by bumpers made of polyamide 120 mm in diameter. The corners of the bed frame are protected by plastic caps i PE-BC.

Mattress platform
Four-part platform, where the back and leg parts are electrically adjustable. The leg part is adjustable with the help of a grommet. Fixed middle section. The platform is made of a steel profile coated with epoxy polyester paint. All moving parts and axles have self-lubricating bushings. The mattress platform is covered with plastic composite HPL panels, which are easy to clean and maintain, do not rust, and withstand heavy loads.

Lovagals
The headboard and footboard are easily and quickly removed. The bed rails are fixed in the bed frame thanks to an easy installation and removal system with a safety lock. Red locking buttons for safe transport and removal. Bedside tables are made of ABS plastic. The color of the bathrobes can be chosen from several different shades.

Chassis
Made of steel profile covered with epoxy polyester powder paint. The corners of the frame are protected by PE plastic caps. The frame of the chassis is of open design, avoiding the accumulation of dust. 150 mm diameter wheels, metal frame with ball bearings and polyurethane coating (does not leave marks on the floor). Central brake with two pedals at the back of the legs and directional locking.

Side handles
To protect the patient from falling out of bed, the bed is protected by a set of side handrails. ¾ side metal handrails, individually adjustable, protect the entire side of the bed 380 mm above the mattress platform. Locking in the highest position is performed by a steel lock, which has a protective button against accidental lowering of the handle.

Electric motors
The bed is controlled by four motors with DC24 voltage, the motors comply with the IPX4-IP66 standard. Power supply and movements are controlled by microprocessors. The bed has an integrated battery to ensure functionality in case of power failure or during transportation.

Controllers
Eight-function remote control, with shock-resistant housing, IP protection, flexible cable, which can be used to control the following functions: lifting the back and legs, height adjustment.
