DEMARTA VIRGINIO S.a.s. is a company that deals with the production and marketing of orthopedic items and sanitary equipment all over the world. In particular it is specialized in aids for the prevention of bedsores and the movement of patients.
The company was founded in Turin in 1912, thanks to the vision of its founder, Virginio Demarta; the willpower and dedication to work soon led the company to become a leader in the market for orthopedic products. During the 80s to support the management work of Luigia Demarta and Giovanni Belletti who was able to revolutionize and expand the company by giving it international visibility.
Every day the efforts of our team are rewarded by the trust of thousands of customers who choose the products of our three lines: Devicare, ScanMedicalEurope and Klinigel. The experience, gained over more than 100 years of activity, has allowed us to evolve the company, while remaining always faithful to our roots linked to the quality of the product and the satisfaction of the final user.
We have a company quality system certified according to the UNI EN ISO 9001 regulations from 1997 and 13485 since 2006. All our products are tested before being placed on the market according to the EEC 93/42 European regulations and are registered in the Register of Medical Devices at the Ministry of Health.
