JUPITER is a universal painted steel frame wheelchair designed for patients to travel independently or with assistance. It is a versatile wheelchair suitable for general use - transportation, strolls, short and long distances both indoors and outdoors.
What makes this wheelchair special?
PRACTICALITY - the wheelchair's backrest and seat are made of dirt-resistant black nylon with padding, making it very easy to clean or disinfect. There is a pocket on the outside of the backrest for the patient's belongings.
COMFORT - the wheelchair has 2-position center of gravity adjustment on the rear axle and solid, shock-resistant ABS plastic wheels with molding bars. Plastic wheels are lighter than metal or aluminum ones, and plastic molding bars are more comfortable to use in cold weather. The rear wheels have solid brakes. The leg rests are easily swiveled, removable, and adjustable in length, while the front wheel fork can be rearranged in at least three different heights. The wheelchair has push handles for the assistant and removable and lockable padded armrests. Footrests are liftable with heel support straps.
